Handicaps will be declared on Wednesday, 25th October, for a.l events except number 7. Acceptances, which must be accompanied by fee will b e received up till 4'.h Novemfcer. 2. Four entries or no event. 3. Competitors must appear in suitable clothing. 4. In sawing ©vents .the names of each pair of competitors must be given, i ther wise they will not be handicapped. 5. AU protests must be m writing and lodged with ithe Secretary -within ten minutes after tlfc event, accompanied by a deposi.t of 10s, which sum may be forfeited if -the protest- is considered frivolous.. 6.
