Nomination, 20s. Acceptance, 20s. One and ahalf miles. 4 2.50 p.m.— LADIES' BRACELET (Saddle) of 20 soys ; second horse to receive 5 soys from the stake. First horses doing better time than specified in their Class may be nominated for a higher class at the Meeting. Such nominations must be made by 6 p m on WEDNESDAY, October 12th, 1904. (38) Entries shall be made in writing, signed by the owner of the horse, or by some person deputed by him, or by tele gram whichshall be equally binding entries by telegram must, however, be confirmed in writing at the earliest possible opportunity. (39) By entering a Horse the Nomin* ator and every person having any interest in such, horse shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions im* posed or implied by these Rules, and to be debarred from questioning any action of conduct of any official cf a Trotting or a Racing Club in respect of such horse jo of any person connected therewith, other wise than is provided by Rule 93, Rules* of Trotting.
