Messrs Sheppard and Wisdom have been suspended for disorderly conduct. f .(Received July 10, at 1.16 p.m.) " A PERFECT BABEL. July 10, 11 a.m. The Legislative Assembly is still sitting, and it is thought probable it will continue to do so until Tuesday next. Several scenes of great confusion have occurred, during which members threatened one another with personal violence. At times the House has been a perfect Babel.
