! The half-yearly report of the Colonial Bank shows that the net profits are £16,241 14s lOd. The amount available is £17,421 145., which latter sum is recommended to be applied as follows : — Payment of. dividend at 7 per cent., £14,000 ; to the reserve fnnd, .£IOOO ; and the balance to be carried forward, £2479 14s.
