Writiag> Composition, Correspondence, and Elocution. A Lady Assistant Teacher has been provided. During the ordinary school hours, only auch subjects will be taught as belong to a thorough English education. N.B.— Mr Ahearn sent up two pupils for the New Zealand Civil Service examination, both of whom passed — one being high on the list of merit. Sixteen of Mr Ahearn's pupils passed the Matriculation and Civil Service examinations at the Melbourne University.
