The brig Craig Ellachie, Captain Meredith, sailed from Oamaru, produce laden, for Auckland, on August 7 th. The s.s. Beautiful Star, Captain Pieterson, arrived in harbour yesterday at 11.15 a.m. Irom Dunedin, via Timaru. She left Port Chalmers at 3.30 p.m. on the 11th, arrived at Timaru 5 a m. on the lath, left again at 6 p.m, experienced light S.W. winds throughout the passage, arriving as above. She sails on her return trip South to-day at 1 p.m. The new brigantine Ethel, Captain McLeod, with a cargo of timber from Wangaroa, was coming up the harbour yesterday evening when our express left.
Tile ship Lanarkshire has cleared the Customs for British Colombia. She sails shortly. The brig Clematis was berthed at No 1 wharf yesterday, and is discharging her Hobart Town cargo. The Emerald, ketch, is loading produce at the Tunnel wharf for Greymouth. The rheebe arrived early yesterday at the Manakau. The Hawca sailed'for the South. Passengers —Messrs Mair, L. Butler, Adams, Clayton, Noble, Mrs Kirby, Messrs W. Collins, A. H. Hunter, T. Fowde, and E. Wilson. INTERPBOYINCIAL SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVALS.
