The action of Hie school board at Blairmore, a coal-mining town, in declaring a school holiday- to mark the seventeenth anniversary of the -Russian revolutiou, has created a iurore throughout the province. There have been hundreds of protests to the Government, coupled with a dmand that the Government school grants should he cut off. ,
