( U.P.A. bv Elec. Tel. Copyright? PARIS, March 11. M. Frot, before the riots inquiry, denied M. Chiappe’si 'thriller.” He declared that he made no attempt to organise a body of men °f action. Nevertheless, he admitted that ho hoped to assume the Premiership', although he is not prepared to list his Cabinet. Mr Frot said he hadi no bitterness towards M. Ohiappe, but he believed that the camarilla surrounding him took advantage of his authority until administrative anarchy had reached such a point that reorganisation with, new men wa ; s necessary.
