The Minister’s firmness has improved the outlook of the postal workers dispute, but it seems inevitable that" there will be strikes in the- mctai trades and newspaper offices on Monday.
Symptoms of unrest throughouthe country include a transport stiike
Bombs damaged the electric s"PP'. v of Valencia, there was much damage by bombs at Bilbao, and strikes are progressively idling .the province 01 Santander.

(Received March 11, 11 p.m.) MADRID, March 11. Spain faces civil war as a result of the dissolution of the Confederation of Labour and the closing of headquarters of the Socialist Youth. The Government has ordered the prosecution of the associations for planning a revolution. Panic-stricken householders are laying in provisions and bottling drinking water. In Orense, attempts were made to disorganise the electric light service. The agitators killed two policemen and a bystander with bombs.
