DICTATORSHIPS.

Sir, —There ate movements growing in British polities which arc obnoxious to the inherent characteristics of the race —-namely Fax-ism aim Socialism —for they both j appear to visuaim-.-. som u form of dictatorship over the people. Froin ; actual examines in Russia, Germany and Italy, there in no doubt whatever that both forms of Government suppress freedom of action, .speech and even of thought amongst the people.
The origin of these movements is a loos of pTes.ti.gc by Parliament—a loss for which the .eletors themselves are largely to blame. Our Parliamentary system is the growth of centuries and belief in it by inherent in British- communities.
Fascism and Socialism,- on, tlie other hand, with their ideals of dictatorship are foreign products, and, have been adopted or forced , upon countries-. in which a- Parliamentary system was never understood.
