TROUBLE ON FINNSI-I COAST.

A British vessel is alleged to have fired at two Finnish coastguard cutters while capturing two other ships accused ,of smuggling. One of toe cutters, after discharging blanks, returned the fire and gave chase, hut the Britishers escaped. It is understood __ that the Finnish Government gravely views the alleged outrage and serious repercussions are likely.
