A Government decree dissolving the CJoaßcli nitrate combine was made pub lie to-day. !t was said that the action was taken without the advice of or consultation with, private owners of class 11 Coasek stocky which means without knowledge of the foreign interests.
The decree rescinds those of March and April, 193.1, which created the organisation.
Senor Aureiliam Burr was appointed the Government representative 0110 11 tbe committee to take over the company's affairs. Tbe Supreme Court designated Senor Jorge Matte, a former Foreign Minister, as another member. A third member " ill be, appointed by the private interests involved.
Tile committee is to take over the company's affairs with an inventory of the properties, stocks, books, papers, and all offices. The President, Senor Asessandri. lias asked Congress to vest the committee with full legal powers.
