THIRTEEN 1 PEOPLE KILLED IN EXPLOSION
(Times.) LONDON, Feb. 14. The Times’ Riga correspondent states that Moscow reports an explosion in the office of-the German Thyssen .concession at. Stalmgi. , formerly Tsaritsyn, killing ten Russians and three Germans, and destroying the building, fhe police report a workman, Steiger, neglecting a warning, opened thfee cases o dynamite, weighing a hundredweight apiece, with an iron hammer. I 1 manager left him hammering, and later the explosion occurred, was killed.
