SALES IN SYDNEY (Received Jan. 25, 11 p.m.) SYDNEY. Jan. 25. At the wool sales there was good competition from all sections for good to medium merino, which ruled equal to late rates. Faulty sorts were irregular and difficult of sale. Cbmcacks and crossbreds sold at 5 per cent below last week’s rates. Greasy merino sold to 29d.
