AT DAYLIGHT TREE FELL ON IT. ADA CROSSLEY’F BROTHER KILLED. MELBOURNE April 23. Edward Wa’lis Crossley. of the Navigation Department, brother ot Madame Ada Crossley, the singer, was killed yesterday by .a falling tree. He was returning by car from Woodspoint when the vch cle became bogged. Air Crossley and one of Ins sons spent the night in it. and at daylight a tree fell on tho car, ndlmg him instantly*. . Mrs Crossley, who had spent tlie night in a hub nearby, walked 14 miles for assistance.
