FLAG INCIDENT IN SYDNEY.
SYDNEY, Oct. 7. When the flags at the Town Hall were hoisted half-mast for Mr Storey -the Union Jack flew above the Australian flag. Lord Mayor Lambert ordered that the Australian flag be placed above the. Union Jack. Now it so flies.' Tlie incident hass caused much sidverse comment.
