This morning the Arahura is due from Napier, on her way to Tokomaru Bay and Auckland. There will onl v be one launch, which hag been fixed for 7 o’clock. This is due to the necessity for an early arrival at Auckland to permit of attention being given to the boilers. She will leave Auckland as usual on Saturday afternoon arriving here on Sunday afternoon. In addition to the usual lightering fleet, the Elsie Mary and Rangi were engaged yesterdav n lightering the Ngahere. The collier is expected to get away to-morrow for Lyttelton. An arrival on Friday is the Echo from AVairoa. She will load her. for Coast ports. The Richardson steamer Ripple is expected here on Friday on.her usual run from Wellington and Napier and returns south the same day. The Awahou left last even ng for Coast Bays.
