IMPRESSING LABOR.
NEW GERMAN' SCHEME
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received Nov. 24, 10.10 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Nov. 24. The German Federal Council has approved of a compulsory Labor Bill, to which there is expected to be considerable opposition, including the Socialists and Poles. The Government has arranged to pass the Bill rapidly through the Reichstag during the coming week, which indicates an urgent need ol men.
