The Roumanian situation is obscure. It is evident General Hindenburg has concentrated all his available reserves and given them to Generals Falkenhayn and Mae ken sen to punish Roumania. A communique says:—German aeroplanes bombed warehouses and the northern station. The damage was insignificant. The situation on the fronts is unchanged. We hold the heights dominating I’etroseuy and the Jiu Valley, and are in possession of the Caineri defile.
