IRISHMEN UNITE TO HONOR HIS MEMORY. Although the late Lord Kitchener never claimed to he an Irishman, except by birth, it is gratifying to know that the people among whom lie first saw the light and was brought up are willingly responding to an appeal made by the Prostestant Archdeacon, church wardens, and Sir Arthur Vickers—late Ulster King-at -Arms, and now residing close by the spot on which the late Field-Alarshal Mas honi —for funds to restore the old Prostestant church at Kilflynn. ill which his lordship worshipped when a hoy, as a. memorial to the famous War Secretary. More than 95 Tier cent of the residents of the district are Catholics, and several of tin* more prominent, of them have decided to subscribe to the memorial.
