GERMAN WAR SCARES.
BEAR IX RUSSIAN' STOCK. PANIC NARROWLY AVERTED. (United Press Association—CcuvrLehtj. (Received March 11. 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, March 11. A bear in Russian stock as a result of the war scare threatened a panic on the stock exchange. Trie fall was arrested by an official denial that the Russian Government was preparing a Bill to expend £2.5,000,000 on artillery and cavalry.
