POWERS’ HOUSING DIFFICULTY
PRINCE WIED ARRIVES AT DUEANZZO.
ATHENS, March 8. The Prince and Princess of Albania have arrived at Durazzo, where they received an ovation. (Received Alarch 9, 5.40 p.m.) A difficulty facing the Powers is that there are no houses fit for the diplomatic representatives. The French Government is sending in parts a collapsible house. The citizens of Skqtari urge that Skutari should be the, capital of Albania, as otherwise there is a danger of its becoming detached from the fatherland.
