The press has assumed an attitude of the frankest indignation at the Russophobe outbreak of the Austrian papers and declare that it is ridiculous to say Russia is planning an -attack on her neighbors. The Austrian articles are regarden as a transparent attempt to intimidate Russia into her former submissiveness.
