CHARGE OF ESPIONAGE.
TWO ARRESTS IN LONDON. (.UNITED PBBS3 ASSOCIATION COPTBIGHTj (Received Feb. 24, 1.15 a.m.) LONDON, February 23. Prior to the departure of the Continental express from Charing Cross detectives arrested .a woman for espionage and a number of documents were seized. A man living in Warksworth was afterwards arrested.
