Beatson, Nelson, an improved .knockdown crate for packing fruit, butter, and the like; W. Bailey, Queensland, means for securing clean water. Mr. Louis N. Parker, the dramatist, was born in France, liis father was an American, his mother an Englishwoman, his first language was Italian, and he was. educated in' Germany.
