SCOTTISH COLLIERY ENGINE TROUBLE SETTLED. [UNITED FRESS ASSOCIATION- -COPYRIGHT.J LONDON, March 30. In connection with the engineering dispute, cabled on February 20th, it is stated that the trouble has been adjusted through Mr. G. R. Askwitli. The number of eight-hour shifts has been considerably increased. [The cable of February 20th stated: “The Scottish colliery engine-keepers have resolved to strike unless granted an eight hours’ day.
