DYNAMITE PLOT.

St. Petersburg, April 3. The Russian police profess to have discovered a plot to dynamite M. Durnovo and the National Douma A bomb was discovered at the headquarters of tho gendarmerie at Bielstock. A wholesale slock of bombs and cartridges was found at Mosoow.
