Gorman newspapers publish apparently inspired attioles protesting against foreign intrusion in the Baltic Sea.
London, July 29.
The Daily Express’ Berlin correspondent says that the Kaiser’s visits indioato a counter-stroke to British naval organisation in the North Sea, taking the form of exclusion of warships, except Russian, German, Danish, and Swedish from the Baltic.
