Reuter’s Toliio correspondent reports that Admiral Roshdestvensky has been practically annihilated. Twelve warships were sunk or hove been captured. Two transports and two de3troy§rs were sunk. From'Kiaochau on Monday reports state that a running fight is in progress in Korea Straits. The whole of the Russian fleet is not there.
