12. Coleman played a steady and consistent game, aud saved his sido many points, as also did McGowan, who, as member throe, played one of tho finest games of tho seuson. Eure and Harris also showed excellent form. Massey played a splendid up-hill game, but from the outset he was overpowered by tho team against him. Gaudin’s team led horn thu start aud defeated Nasmith’s by
25 points to 8. The three Adairs proved a very powerful combination, and the skip had littie or nothiug to do. T. Adair was especially brilliant, and it was iu a (»reat measure duo to his efforts that City fn ibis rink put up such a big score. Nasmith aud Skeet, for West Eud, played very well, hut had hard luck.
