(10 a.m.) WASHINGTON. March 23. The Secretary of State, Mr. Dean Acheson, told a press conference yesterday that he fully supported the statement of the Ambassador-at-Large, Dr. Philip Jessup, that the charges of Communisiic influences in the State Department were weaking prestige abroad.
