SIGHTING CONDITIONS DIFFICULT: RIFLE CLUB SHOOTING

Sighting conditions were difficult on Saturday, when the Gisborne Defence Rifle Club held its weekly handicap match over the 200 yards and 300yds. distances on the Sponge Bay range. Ten shots were fired at each range, with a possible of 100 points. W. Lundon headed the list with a gross score of 95 points, one point below the club standard score. Second place went to R. O.
