(10.5 a.m.) THE HAGUE, Aug. 30. Cheering thousands welcomed Queen Wilhelmina on her final visit to The Hague as monarch, says the Associated Press correspondent. She came by Royal train from her country residence at Apeldoorn en route to Amsterdam for the week of the golden jubilee celebrations. The Queen will celebrate her sixtyeighth birthday in Amsterdam tomorrow and will abdicate on September 4 in favour of Princess Juliana.
