S. AFRICAN RUGBY BOARD GRATIFIED

(10.30 a m.) LONDON, Aug. 30. Reuter's correspondent in Cape Town says that Mr. A. J. Pienaar, president of the South African Rugby Union Board, expressed pleasure at the New Zealand Rugby Union's decision that the All Black team would sail early in March. “It is recognised that an early start is a disadvantage for New Zealand and South Africa.” he said. “The arrangements now give the South African Board the certainly that they can arrange to start the tour late in April with definite plans for their own local fixtures and railway and other accommodation for New Zealanders.”
