GIRL INJURED IN COLLISION WITH TRUCK
Tnfcvrmocr .P 11 1? of the Gisborne Intel mediate School, Rita R are Kaiti Beach, was injured yesterday afternoon as a result of a collision between the bicycle she was riding and a heavy truck driven by Mr. D. R. Parsons t he accident took place opposite the ueighbndge in- Wainui road The girl was thrown to the ground, receiving concussion and other injuries The bicycle was smashed.
Mr. C. E. Bickford, of the St. John Ambulance, was quickly on the scene and rendered first aid, while a doctor aiso examined the girl She was taken to die Cook Hospital in the St John Ambulance.
