No passengers were carried from Sydney by the 80.A.C Hythe flyingboat which reached Mechanic’s Bay yesterday afternoon as Skymaster charter services which are being eliminated during the grounding of the Tas-man-ciass flying boats have so far accommodated all the cast-bound travellers The flying-boat will carry_ about 18 passengers on the return flight today and all bookings made for flights up to today will then have been cleared. Tasman Empire Airways announced that there will be no further charter flights before Sunday. Four Skymasters have been arranged for next week and the company is endeavouring to increase this number.
