TEST ROCKETS SEEN OVER SCANDINAVIA

LONDON, Feb. 24. Scandinavian visitors to Britain report that rockets were recently seen travelling at very high speeds over Sweden, Norway and Denmark from the direction of Peenemunde, which is now in the Russian zone and was formerly a German experimental centre for VI flying bombs and V2 rockets, says The Times aeronautical correspondent. The nformnnts state that, the missiles are invariably seen at 9.30 p.m- The rockets emit a bluish green flame. Their speed is estimated at between 4500 and 6700 miles an hour. Pilots of Norwegian air lines have noticed such missiles three times in recent weeks.
