13 PERISH IN CRASH

PHILIPPINES PLANE MANY CHILD VICTIMS MANILA, Feu. 23. Thirteen passengers, most of them children are reported to have been burned to death today when an airliner crashed at Matson airfield, near Davao Citv, five minutes after taking off. The plane circled the field and then went into a tailspin. When it crashed it caught on fire. The plane is believed to have belonged to a Philppines airline.
