ARRIVAL NEXT MONTH '(P.A ) WELLINGTON. Feb. 24. Dr. Earl R. Carlson, world authority on cerebral palsy, will arrive in New Zealand on March 9. During his stay ne will visit the four main centres. Dr. Carlson’s visit will be primarily one of consultation with the health and education authorities, members of the medical profession and the New Zealand Crippled Children's Society. In the circumstances it will not be possible for him to conduct clinics for sufferers from cerebral palsy. Dr. Carlson will be the guest of the Government. He is giving his services without remuneration and the Crippled Children's Society is meeting the entire cost of travelling and accommodation.
