WAIKATO DISTRICT AUCKLAND NO CHANGE (P.A.) AUCKLAND. Feb. 24. No fresh positive or suspected cases of infantile paralysis were admitted to the Auckland Hospital yesterday. An infant on the positive list at the hospital died yesterday morning, but i. has been established that it was not a victim of the disease The number of definite cases is 35. There were three suspected cases in hospital last night The medical officer for the South Auckland district, Dr. J. F. Dawson, said in anouncing the reimposition of the restrictions in his district that they would be in force for another fortnight, and it was not expected that children there would resume school before March 15. Positive cases of infantile paralysis in the Waikato Hospital have increased by two.
