CZECH EX-VICE-PREMIER ALLEGED ESPIONAGE B 1 a.m.) PRAGUE, Feb. 23. The Ministry of the Interior announced that the State Security Office would prosecute M. Jan Ursini, a for mer Vice-Premier, on charges of help ing "agents of a subversive organisation to obtain State and military secrets”. The Parliamentary immunity commit tee would be asked to hand over M. Ursini who is a deputy, to the authonties. M. Ursini. a leader of the Slovak Democrats Party, resigned the VieePremiershio in the coalition Government in October. The British United Press correspon dent in Prague says that a warrant has been issued for M. Ursini’s arrest. M. Ursini s resignation followed the arrest of his secretary in connection with an alleged plot against the Government.
