SOCIALIST COUP D’ETAT PLANS POLICE SWOOP ON PARTY H.Q. COMMUNIST MOVES IN PRAGUE CRISIS (N.Z.P.A.—Reuter—Copyright.) {2.30 p.m.) PRAGUE, Feb. 23. The Communist Minister of the Interior, M. Nosek, announced the discovery of proof that the Czech National Socialist Party was preparing armed uprisings and military occupation of public buildings. M. Nosek claimed that the party had placed on the alert members for a putsch timed for Saturday and the plans envisaged gaining control of the army garrisons and the national security services.
