BRITISH MEAT TRADE PRICE RISE INEVITABLE (11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 29. Mr W. R. Scobie, president of the National Federation of Meat Traders’ Association, said at the annual conference that meat controls would con tinue for at least another two years and increased prices were inevitable. The only thing that could save the British meat trade was increased home cattle production
