SYDNEY, July 16In direct contrast to growing United States unemployment figures, the number of people without jobs in Australia continues to decrease. The number of men and women registered as unemployed in New South Wales at the end of last month was only 1800, compared with 3500 in March. Commonwealth-wide figures for March were 15,633 unemployed, representing a small fraction of 1 per cent of those working.
