£936 THEFT CHARGE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, May 3. After a retirement of just over an hour a jury found Roy Vincent, aged 30, barman and baker, not guilty of breaking and entering the Te Aro Post Office on March 17 and stealing £936 2s Gd. Mr. Justice Johnston was asked by counsel for the accused for an order returning to Vincent money found at his home, but the judge deferred his decision until the Crown had time to consider the matter.
