WARNING. THE public are notified that trespassing on the Board’s property known as the Waikanae Island is absolutely forbidden. The Board’s by-laws also forbid any person from boarding any vessel in the harbour or tampering with any moorings, lifebuoys, appliances, plant or gear about the Harbour. Owing to continued vandalism, and wilful damage to boats, plant, and buildings, notice is hereby given that any person found on the Waikanae Island or about any vessel or plant in any part of the Harbour will be prosecuted without further warning.
