FINNISH PRESIDENT
MANNERHEIM ABDICATES (10 a.m.) LONDON, March 4. Field Marshal Mannerheim has abdicated the Presidency of Finland.
This is officially announced after a special meeting of the Finnish Cabinet, says Reuter’s correspondent in Helsinki. The Prime Minister, M. Paaskivj is expected to succeed to the Presidency.
