LONE VOYAGEURS

LANDED AT PLYMOUTH (9 a.m.) LONDON July 5. . Mr. W. H. Weeks and his 18-year-old son, Geoffrey, who were picked up by H.M.S. Philocretes of the West African coast, were landed at Plymouth under military Security. Police arid detectives questioned Mr. Weeks, who had not been given permission to leave the country. The son, whose back was seriously injured, was admitted to hospital. ■Mr. Weeks told the press that he set sbil for the island of Tobago, near Trinidad, with no charts, only a sohoolboy’s atlas for the 3490-mile voyage. ■ - • ■ ■
