MILITARY VEHICLES “STATE RESPONSIBILITY” (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov._2. Acceptance by the Government of a greater measure of respom the repair of damage caused to roads by military traffic is wanted by the Municipal Association. At its conference yesterday the association adopted the following remits: “That the Government be approached on the matter of a subsidy for renewing roads damaged by military traffic.
