LATE MR. H. T. RATANA.
(P.A.) WANGANUI. Nov. 2. The funeral of the late Mr. 11. T. Ratana, M.P.. Western Maori, will take place on Friday at Ratana. Already nearly 1000 Maoris have arrived at the pa and more arc expected between now and the weekend. The Ratana authorities have been advised that the funeral will be attended by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, and other Cabinet Ministers.
